  5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund or replacement process will begin.

Refund Policy

After successful inspection of the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

  • Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Replacement Policy

Customers may request a replacement if:

  • The item received is damaged.

  • An incorrect product was delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests must be reported within the specified timeframe after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Shipping Costs for Returns

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
